FHICO Molecule Bonder is an advanced multi-functional cement performance additive developed to improve the internal behaviour and performance of conventional cement-based mortar.
Its proprietary multi-component technology combines different performance mechanisms designed to work during mixing, application and hydration.
The system supports improved particle interaction, internal bonding, cohesion, water management and microstructure development within the cementitious matrix.
Rather than changing the recommended cement-to-aggregate ratio, FHICO Molecule Bonder is designed to enhance the performance of the existing cement-based mix.

FHICO Modified Plaster
FHICO Modified Plaster represents the premium performance category of the FHICO wall-plaster range.
It is a multi-functional, factory-engineered Modified Wall Plaster developed for applications where conventional plaster performance is not sufficient and greater control over surface finish, hardness, moisture movement, adhesion and long-term stability is required.
Its proprietary technology combines advanced matrix engineering, controlled particle architecture, microstructure refinement, bonding modification, moisture-management and rheology-control systems.
The objective is to develop a denser and more controlled cementitious matrix with reduced pore connectivity, improved surface integrity and better resistance to the mechanisms responsible for moisture movement and premature surface deterioration.

Its proprietary technology combines controlled mineral architecture, advanced bonding modification, internal moisture-management and rheology-control systems to improve the behaviour of the plaster during mixing, application, and curing.
